To ensure the utmost security and expediency, Qacaq utilizes "Pos Laju / Malaysia Express Post" for delivery within Malaysia as well as the Malaysia Post for delivery outside Malaysia.
- Delivery costs within Malaysia is RM10. Handling and Shipping costs will be flat rate and clearly stated at point of purchase in the check out area of our site for you to see.
Delivery Timeframe
- Delivery within Malaysia is made by "Pos Laju / Malaysia Express Post". Orders are cleared and processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. All orders processed at this point have a target delivery of 1-2 days to major urban centres in Malaysia.
- For security reasons, Qacaq ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
- In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
- We care about the timeliness of delivery and quality of products you receive. If you make a purchase from off this site and are concerned at the lateness of a delivery, please contact us at info@qacaq.com and quote your customer number that you received with your order confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.
International Shipping
- Qacaq utilizes Air Parcel Post (Normal post) for international shipping
- We offer 50% off shipping charges for purchases between RM501 to Rm999, free shipping for purchases over RM1000 and normal rate for purchases below RM500
- Shipping rates and time-frames vary from country to country. If your country's shipping rate is not available upon check out then please contact info@qacaq.com.

Customer Service and Return Policy

We mean what we say, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you decide you do not want an item, we will accept returns within 7 days of dispatch. All we ask is that you return the item in the same condition you received it in and have proof of purchase included.
If you have received an item that is faulty or incorrect, we will exchange it at no additional cost. If it is not possible to replace the goods, we will refund you. Please contact us prior to returning an item. Items returned prior to contacting us will not be refunded.
If the item you have received at any time in the first year becomes defective due to a mechanical reason such as a break in a loop wire or a defective clasp, please send back the item. It will be fixed free of charge and sent back to you excluding postage fees. An item that has been damaged due to improper care will not be refunded.
Silver (Sterling and metal) will tarnish if left out in the elements. To preserve your jewelry, store in a plastic bag or use other means to keep from the elements. Store and wear your jewelry with care. The stones and glass may break if dropped.
