1. Conditions of Use

If you choose to visit Qacaq.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of Malaysia. If you have any concern about privacy at Qacaq.com, please visit the Privacy Notice or contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Terms and Conditions will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

2. Custom Jewelry Orders

The custom made order is subject to availability and price of materials such as semi precious stones, clasps,  findings, pendants etc. We will contact you if we cannot find exactly the right material for your custom made order as some materials  may no longer be available. We try our very best to make our design one of a kind, therefore, our design will not be 100% similar to the previous one. However, we will try our very best to accommodate your needs.

3. Product Images and Information

We do our very best to ensure that the information featured on this site is as accurate as possible and provides all of the information necessary for ease of ordering. Images may not show the actual size of items. ALL sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

The images and descriptions merely represent the general nature of the products. To assist with ordering we have included approximate dimensions for products where it is relevant.

We reserve the right to alter the designs of those featured in the online store and we will of course up-date the web site from time to time in line with this. We reserve the right to change the availability of lines featured on the online store at any time.

4. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be used to purchase any items available on Qacaq.com (Malaysia) only. Gift certificates are in Malaysian Ringgit. Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized redemption code, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other gift certificates, cannot be resold, and are not refundable.

Any purchase less than the value of a gift certificate causes the unused balance to be placed in the account of the gift certificate recipient for use in a future transaction. Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift certificate requires the use of other means of payment to complete the transaction.

Gift certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date and are invalid thereafter. Gift certificates and their use are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Qacaq.com. We reserve the right to change the gift certificate terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing

We would like to point out that sometimes mistakes may occur on prices that appear in the online store. We do of course make every effort possible to ensure that this does not happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. We will ensure that any mistakes that are highlighted to us are amended as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
